Full-Time Clinical Associate Position

Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling to adult individuals and couples seeking help related to relationship and sexuality/sexual functioning

  • Maintain a caseload of 20-25 clients per week

  • Complete administrative tasks, including notes, assessments, emails, and other clinical duties as needed

  • Adhere to the practice standards of your professional Code of Ethics, and the rules and regulations set forth under the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations.

  • Attend our weekly team meeting and supervision

  • Contribute to our blog

  • Be an active and engaged member of our team, and uphold company culture and mission

Qualifications

  • Licensed, or license-eligible, in the state of Illinois- LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, PhD, PsyD (recent graduate school graduates encouraged to apply!)

  • At least 1 year experience working with couples

  • Strong interest in couples and sex therapy

  • LGBTQIA+- affirming, kink-affirming, and anti-racist therapeutic approach

  • Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA guidelines

  • Able to implement and follow through with practice systems and guidelines

  • Willing to work at least two evenings, or one evening and one weekend day

  • Interested in working within a collaborative team environment that champions company culture, well-being, and professional development

  • Organized, professional, communicative, and open to feedback/guidance
